About me
With over 20 years' experience across Australia, the UK, the GCC and wider MENA region, I help leaders turn strategy and change into aligned leadership, consistent execution and cultures that drive performance.
My experience spans government, financial services, professional services and global organisations, including regional leadership roles partnering with stakeholders across Africa, Asia, Oceania and Europe. Throughout my career, I have worked with leaders navigating growth, transformation and complex organisational change, helping them translate strategy into practical action that delivers results.
My work is behavioural. Culture is not what an organisation says it values, it is what leaders do when the pressure rises: holding clarity, staying present in difficult conversations, and modelling the accountability they expect from others.
